Mary Lou is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Solutions at 11th Dimension. Her experience includes designing innovative service offerings that address customer needs with state-of-the-art technology, sound governance and effective process. One of her specialties is IT Service Excellence, focusing on helping clients achieve greater effectiveness and efficiencies with focused attention on customer-centric service. She has used this same approach and experience in applying technological innovation and process discipline to Resilience/Business Continuity.

Mary Lou has managed national practices of high-performance delivery teams that meet and exceed customer expectations. Central to Mary Lou's strategy is the alignment of people, process and technology in a cohesive operating model, and the facilitation of organizational/human change management to assure program success.

Mary Lou has designed and delivered successful and innovative transformation programs to many government organizations and to commercial companies in a vast array of industry verticals.

Melissa F. Chiari

Melissa Chiari is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience driving transformation, innovation, and growth across large financial services organizations and government agencies. A recognized leader in enterprise Agile transformation and Strategic Portfolio Management, she has successfully guided global organizations through complex change initiatives that improve performance, scale operations, and accelerate business and mission outcomes.

In her role, Melissa directs the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across Technology and Information Security organizations, applying best-in-class methodologies—including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks—to optimize outcomes. She establishes governance models, risk management frameworks, and compliance protocols that safeguard organizational standards while enabling efficiency and scalability.

A trusted advisor to executive leadership, Melissa translates high-level corporate strategies into actionable program roadmaps and measurable results. She provides board level and senior leadership with data-driven insights, ensuring informed decision-making and continuous value delivery.

Jochen is passionate about designing business centric solutions, helping clients - from Start-up to Fortune 50 companies - to achieve measurable business outcomes in aligning IT Strategy to the client's business agenda.

He takes it personally to help clients achieve their goals by driving delivery through finesse.

Dimitris is the Practice Lead for Data, Analytics, and AI at 11th Dimension, where he helps organizations turn data, analytics, and AI into practical, measurable, and impactful outcomes.

He specializes in crafting strategies and developing technical solutions that integrate foundational data, advanced analytics, and IA, and structured operating models, enabling clients to address complex challenges, enhance performance, and improve decision-making.

Dimitris has guided CEOs, boards, and senior executives on data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives, shaping product portfolios and establishing governance models that drive growth and clarity. His experience spans multiple industries, including defense and civilian government, healthcare and life sciences, and financial services.
